Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with Khushi Travels.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment as agreed.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if advance payment is not received on time.
Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted on a per-kilometer basis from the garage point.
Driver allowance is charged separately – ₹400 to ₹1000 per day depending on the vehicle.
Fuel, tolls, parking, state entry taxes, and permit fees are extra as per actuals.
Minimum 250km per day is applicable for outstation trips.
Night halt charges are applicable if the driver stays overnight.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the trip: 80% refund.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip: No refund.
In case of vehicle breakdown, full refund or alternative vehicle will be arranged.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Customers must ensure all passengers wear seat belts at all times.
The driver has the right to refuse service if passengers behave inappropriately.

5. Driver & Vehicle

All drivers are professional, licensed, and experienced.
Driver duty hours are 8 hours or 80km per day. Overtime charges apply beyond this.
Khushi Travels reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category in case of emergency.
